ARRIVAL PROCEDURE ONCE YOUR VEHICLE IS BOOKED IN FOR REPAIRS

72 hours notice is required should you need to cancel your appointment to have your vehicle repaired.

Please note missing your appointment may result in a 1-2 month wait for rescheduling.

Re-stocking fees on ordered parts or special ordered parts may apply on no-show appointments.

  • When you arrive for your booking at Fabian’s, please ensure you have emptied out your valuables, or removed any loose items in your vehicle. Please remove any garbage or food/beverages. Don’t forget your garage door opener!

  • Please know, for the safety and security of our customers & staff, we have cameras throughout our shop inside & out.

  • Business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you need special arrangements for dropping your vehicle off Sundays or weekday evenings, please let us know.

arrival policy

  • Fabian’s will wash your vehicle upon arrival & do a full inspection.

  • We document existing imperfections & deficiencies to your vehicle that are NOT associated with the current work being completed. If you wish to be present for the inspection please let us know, as we welcome any insight to your vehicle’s condition upon arrival.

  • Images of the interior and exterior will be stored in our files for future reference including pictures of imperfections not related to the current work being completed. Fabian’s Auto Body is not responsible to any existing deficiencies, please be mindful of any imperfections your vehicle might have before releasing into our care.
